ROLE PLAYER SUPPORT RECOGNIZED AS BEST PRACTICE

Fort Bragg, NC – Oak Grove’s role player support was noted as a “best practice” by the U.S. Army’s Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) during the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWCS) Accreditation.
Oak Grove’s CEO, Mark Gross, and President of Defense and Global Security, Jack Zeigler, attended the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Capabilities Exercise (CAPEX) on April 25, 2012 to observe the array of USASOC capabilities including the incorporation of the best practices in training, education, and cutting-edge technology.
“Oak Grove is proud of the work we’re doing at Camp Mackall and Fort Bragg. It’s an honor to be recognized by TRADOC and USASOC,” said Mark Gross.
Since 2007, Oak Grove has provided a variety of training support services to USASOC including, Civil Affairs, and Military Information Support Operations, Small Unit Tactics, MOS related field training exercises as well as the culmination exercise Robin Sage.
USASOC, the largest component of the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), is responsible for more than 70% of all special operations missions conducted worldwide. USASOC provides specially assessed, selected, and trained Special Operations Soldiers to support ‘4-star’ geographic combatant commanders, American ambassadors and other federal agencies. USASOC forces play crucial roles across the entire spectrum of conflict and are trained to perform collateral activities in support of our Nation.
TRADOC certifies all training that results in soldiers’ procurement of job skills.
