OAK GROVE REPRESENTS AMERICAN LEGION TASK FORCE AT NATIONAL CONFERENCE

Milwaukee, WI – Oak Grove’s Vice President of Business Development, Frank Beaty, attended the National American Legion Conference representing the American Legion Task Force.

Mr. Beaty encountered thousands of Veterans across the full-range of experience levels, and provided a tutorial-type presentation to the economic section of the conference. His discussion focused on topics such as reading a request for proposal, how to build a proposal, and other business development strategies to help Veterans maximize their chances of winning solicitations. Mr. Beaty said, “I hope to help veteran-owed small businesses learn to do business with the Federal Government.”

Mr. Beaty’s appearance before the American Legion represents Oak Grove’s continued commitment to support the Veteran community.
