OAK GROVE TECHNOLOGIES TO SPONSOR SOLDIER AND NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICER OF THE YEAR AWARDEES

Washington, DC – Oak Grove Technologies will be a sponsor of this year’s U.S. Army Soldier of the Year and Non-commissioned Officer of the Year Awards. The winners will be announced during the Sergeant Major of the Army’s Award Luncheon at the 2009 Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Annual Meeting and Exposition on October 5th at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.

Jack Tilley, Retired Sergeant Major of the Army and Oak Grove’s Senior Vice President of Military Affairs, will be presenting Oak Grove’s donations to the awardees. “Oak Grove remains dedicated to supporting our nation’s military,” stated SMA(R) Tilley. “Our organization is honored to have yet another opportunity this year to support and recognize our Nation’s heroes.”

For over 50 years AUSA has worked to support National Security while simultaneously advancing the interests of the men and women who serve and the U.S. Army. AUSA is a private, non-profit educational organization that supports America’s Army – Active, National Guard, Reserve, Civilians, Retirees, and family members. Their mission is to serve as a voice for the U.S. Army, foster public support of the Army’s role in national security, and provide professional educational programs.
